its been a long week so far!
first week back to uni, and there has been crazy goings on with hand ins and new assignments being given.
been walking again, getting back in shape, breaking a sweat. every day its been 25min brisk walk and sometimes more, with a smaller, but heather breakfasts... time to get really stuck in!
only a short while till i take to the streets on a new bike... hopefully next month my new all purpose bike will be bought and on my training program... :)
my wife has carefully monitored my progress, and ensured that i did not balloon too much over these holidays!
back to a nice jog with my son in his buggy! :) (my wife wants me to take him to the park...)
